It is extremely satisfying when a band treads the known musical path but does it with pure honesty. The music of Krahnholm is pure down-to-earth black metal while their lyrics reflect pure emotion. Something that is unfortunately rarely seen within the genre. Favorite track: Granting death.

Apocalyptic Doots A unique combination of Eastern European abrasiveness and the fiery melodicism of the second wave, celebrating somber blackness while eschewing the mournful theatrics and woodsy homages of others in the scene.

Meatbreak Awesome artwork. I was sold on that, but the tunes are fierce modern BM numbers that recall the old-school with the modern frenzied trance of bands like Mgla, Lek, Kalmankantaja, and the raw atmospherics of Drudkh and Fuath.
